2. Attached to my report food temperature recorded from Sept. 4 to present.
3. All milk were discarded from the black refrigerator.
4. Relocate the thermometer in the black refrigerator on the shelve not on the freezer front.

    Correction: Refrigerators shall be capable of holding foods at a temperature of 41°F or below. Repair the unit(s) immediately. Foods exposed to temperature abuse for over 2 hours shall be discarded, otherwise, the foods shall be stored in properly operating refrigerators.

This is a pre-opening inspeciton. The following needs corrections:
1.Adjust the refrigerator temperature to 41F or below.
2. No water supplies, low pressure in the whole school. "The school maintenance had placed a work order.
*The establishment is going to be catered by Jeffreys Catering. All utensils will be provided by the caterer including serving spoons. They will buy foods from the nearest grocery store in case the caterer can't deliver foods on a certain day.
*Take daily food temperatures before serving.
*Call for follow-up, inspection needed for the water supply.
