Large reach in refrigeration to the left of the make line was observed at 50 degrees. Prepared food items within the unit temped at 47-53 degrees. Manager voluntarily discarded buttermilk, chicken salad, she crab soup, raw shrimp, raw tilapia, mashed potatoes, crab dip, and BBQ. Items taken from the walk in refrigerator such as raw chicken, steak and tuna this morning were returned to the walk in refrigerator. Manager has put a work order in for the refrigerator and it will not be used for anything other than produce storage until it has been fixed. Recommended keeping temperature logs for the refrigerator. Permit issued.
