As a reminder glasses stored on the shelves may be upright as long as they are protected from contamination. Glasses in the cold holding units need to be stored upright to prevent ice from non-potable water from contacting the lip surface.
Responsibilities of Owner or Proprietor Observation: Door to kitchen is not repaired in a manner that prevents smoke from the bar from entering the kitchen. Hole in the door and seal on door is over an inch on the left side.
Correction: Repair or replace door to prevent smoke from entering the kitchen and contaminating food, clean utensils and equipment.
Physical Facilities - Cleaning Frequency and Restrictions Observation: Floors under grill noted in need of cleaning.
Correction: All floors, walls, and ceilings must be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean. Cleaning of the physical facilities is an important measure in ensuring the protection and sanitary preparation of food. A regular cleaning schedule should be established and followed to maintain the facility in a clean and sanitary manner.

Per Owner facility would like to add bacon cheese burger and nacho to their current menu. Overall great first inspection. Keep up the good work.
Equipment - Food Contact Surfaces, Nonfood Contact Surfaces, and Utensils Observation: Observed accumulations of dust, dirt, food residue or other debris on the following nonfood-food contact surfaces: Interior of microwave and exterior of ice chute.
Correction: Maintain nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment clean.

CFM is pending. sent off to serve safe for grading. New utility sink is going to be installed and sealed to the wall. Health Permit Issued. 30 Day inspection to be completed on or around the 18th of September.
Critical: Backflow Prevention, Air Gap* (corrected on site) Observation: An air gap between the water supply outlet and the flood rim level of the bar 3 compartment sink, ice machine, soda gun is not observed. If this direct connection exists between the drinking water system and a source of contaminated water during times of negative pressure, contaminated water may be drawn into and foul the entire system.
Correction: Provide an air gap with a diameter that is at least twice the diameter of the water supply inlet and not less that 1 inch for proper backflow prevention by the air gap.
Plumbing System Maintained in Good Repair Observation: Utility sink in poor repair and not sealed to the wall.
Correction: Repair and maintain all plumbing components and fixtures.
