Four downtown hotels with 1,700 rooms form the core of Stamford's meeting facilities. Meeting and banquet rooms can accommodate up to 1,100 guests. The Marriott Hotel, with 18 meeting rooms, offers 16,500 square feet of space which can be configured into additional meeting rooms or used for exhibits. The Sheraton Stamford Hotel's 26,000 square feet of exhibit space is complemented by the hotel's 15 meeting rooms. The Holiday Inn Select offers 10 meeting rooms and more than 7,000 square feet of exhibit space. The Westin Hotel's two ballrooms provide 13,000 square feet of exhibit space, supplemented by the hotel's 15 meeting rooms. The Hyatt Regency in nearby Greenwich has an additional 30,000 square feet of meeting space, a 100-seat executive amphitheater, and an outdoor pavilion.
