I went through the drive thru and politely ask for my 2 chicken biscuits to make chicken well done and my 1 hashbrown well done, but when I got my food I ask the dark skinned black lady was my food well done. The lady stated that all of the food was just cooked. When I got down the road I pulled over to check my food, all of the food was old and cold. My food wasn't fresh at all, the lady lied to me in my face. I called up there and noone would answer there phone, i will never stop at this McDonald's again. 06/14/21 @ 7:05am ks#13 Sidel
