When you go in and order you must pay first, ok, no problem. Their credit card machine "asks" you how much to tip. Well, I was standing on line and did not require any table service. So I chose "no tip". Well this was the kiss of d*ath so to speak. People who came in after me got their order. I noticed finally they brought up a sandwich, and put it back onto the middle prep area, then moved it again to the pickup area. I noticed my ticket did NOT have my name, just "Other". All told, this was about 15 minutes. And a total of 3 clients had come in 2 before me and one after me. About 5 pm CST 15Apr22.IF they are coding to make you wait and get very very crappy service BECAUSE you don't tip, this is illegal. I SHALL take this into consideration. I SHALL shop there again and report. This time with hidden camera. I'm thinking, major lawsuit - if I can PROVE what I saw and just now reported to you.
