I purchased a funnel cake at the Collierville Celebration on Father's Day weekend 2021. My son asked me for ketchup on his hotdog. I asked Collins' Concession if I could use their ketchup after I made a funnel cake purchase from them. One of their employees in the background of the truck said "no" since the ketchup would be used on food that I did not purchase from them. I asked the front attendant again after she dismissed my first request. Then an employee from the background yelled out that it would cost me a $1 to use their ketchup. I replied by giving them the $1 and stating that it's disappointing to be treated that way when I purchased a funnel cake from them. I got no response from them, but a look of dismissal. I was very pissed, but kept my composure because my son was in attendance. They don't care or understand that their poor business etiquette for a paying customer will not produce return visits from me or anyone else associated with me...small minds.
