- Flagstone Home Inspection Services, LLC ("Flagstone Inspections") is a professional, licensed and insured business located within Bergen County, NJ. My inspection services include the Basic Home Inspection, Termite Inspections, Radon Measurement Inspections, and Air Quality/Mold inspections and testing. The purpose of the Basic Home Inspection is to identify defects to residential structures from condominiums to four-family homes. An unbiased, detailed, narrative report is provided to my clients and their attorney's, typically within one to two business days of the completed inspection. I WORK FOR MY CLIENT, NOT THE REAL ESTATE AGENT! In fact, a few realtors have told me I am "too picky" and they don't call back because they are afraid I will sabatoge the transaction. That is fine since I don't want to work for someone like that. I am licensed through the New Jersey Consumer Affairs Home Inspection Advisory Committee and am certified with the National Association of Home Inspectors. I am also a licensed as a New Jersey pesticide applicator (which the state requires to do termite inspections), and certified as a New Jersey Radon Measurement Technician. Additionally, I am certified with Enviromental Solutions Association to perform mold inspections and testing to determine types of molds that could affect sensitive individuals.
