- Sailtime Cambridge allows the average sailor or want to be sailor to get onto the beautiful Choptank River and be sailing without the high cost of boat ownership. Fractional sailing allows each member to pay a fixed monthly fee ($545.00) plus Md. tax and you can be sailing a new 2006 Hunter 33 ft. sailboat. All members will need previous American Sailing Association (ASA) certification, or we can teach you how to sail and you will receive the certification right here in Cambridge on our New Hunter 33. We still have the entire fall season available for Choptank sailing on our beautiful river and Bay. Call Capt.
