Our legal team assists the attorneys in obtaining fair and just results for individuals and families who have suffered injuries as a result of the fault of someone else. Our case managers are committed to the goal of making a positive difference in the lives of clients and their families.
Aida Ramirez
Aida is the Office Manager. Aida migrated as a child from Texas with her parents to Washington State doing various harvest seasons; she comes from a large family of nine sisters and two brothers. Aida is married with two grown children and one granddaughter. Aida enjoys spending time with her family.
She has 18 years of experience in the personal injury legal field. She is the first point of contact with clients. She brings professionalism and a positive attitude to the office. She is friendly and is easily able to build rapport with clients. She is very efficient in helping clients settle their property damage claims. Aida also assists the attorneys in organizing and reviewing case materials and is the firm’s “go to” person for administrative matters. “At the end of the day I like to go home knowing I made a difference in someone’s life,” Aida says.
Deissy Mota
We’ll let Deissy tell you, in her own words, about her role with the firm: “I’ve been a case manager and in the personal injury field for five years. My mom migrated from Mexico to Texas, finally settling in Washington, where I grew up and graduated from Toppenish High School. I furthered my studies at Yakima Valley Community College. I have been in my relationship for six years, have one son and have another one one the way. On my time off, I enjoy spending time with my family, shopping, and socializing.”
“I’ve been with Morales Law Office for five years. I consider them my second family. I enjoy coming to work and knowing that I will make a difference in someone’s life. What I love about my job is being able to meet people of diverse populations, always doing my best to make every single one of them feel they are number one. My duties include assisting our attorney in investigating the claim, litigation preparation, requesting and reviewing medical records, handling incoming and outgoing mail and phone calls, filing, and opening and closing of files.”
Cindy Resendiz
Here’s how Cindy describes her role: “I am a case manager for the Morales Law Office and have been in this legal field for two years. I grew up in Grandview, Washington, and graduated from Grandview High School in 2006. I come from two immigrant parents who came from Jalisco, Mexico. I have been married for four years and enjoy spending time with my husband as well as my son and daughter. I love going fishing, watching movies, learning to cook and going shopping.”
“Here at the Morales Law Office, I’ve learned many things in the two years that I’ve been working here. I am dedicated to helping my clients to the best of my ability and always have time for any questions they may have. I am in charge of working on demands as well as assisting the attorney with litigation preparation. I inspect their files as well as read their medical records and try to put in a perfect demand for them every time. I like the fact that we are all one team and can rely on one another for questions we may have. Overall, that makes it a fun place to work. We always show up to the office with big smiles on our faces because we know that today is a new day and there are always new things to learn as well as being available for our clients. Julia Muñoz
“I am a litigation manager for the Morales Law Office and have over seven years of experience in the legal field. I was born in Texas and at eight years old my family settled in Washington. I graduated from Eisenhower High School. I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, listening to music and shopping.
I started working with the Morales team in July 2012. The thing I love most about my job is helping our clients through difficult times in their lives. I want our clients to feel that their stress during this time is alleviated because we are here to help. Unfortunately, people are not always aware of their rights and are taken advantage of; I am proud to say that I am part of a team that does our best to prevent that. We strive to attain justice for every client. ”
