- Fine artists from across Arkansas and the USA participate in the annual Pinnacle Hills Promenade Arts Festival, scheduled for the second weekend of each September in the beautiful Northwest Arkansas town of Rogers, Arkansas. The Pinnacle Hills Arts Festival is produced by NWA Festivals, and is held at the 1.4 million square foot open-air Pinnacle Hills Promenade shopping and lifestyle center that opened in the Fall 2006. The Promenade featured Restaurants include: P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Fish City Grill, Texas Land and Cattle, and Mimi’s Café. Admission and parking is free to the public.
