- Hi I am Heidi Of Heidi's Hofbrauhaus. Growing up in Germany I watched my Mom and Oma prepare some of the best German dishes. I was lucky enough to have learned to prepare these fine dishes myself. After moving to the Wood River Valley and going thru a divorce, I needed something to do. That is when I opend Heidi's Hofbrauhaus offering A full Bar, Espresso Bar and Beer Garden. WE serve Breakfast and offer live music on Sunday afternoon. We make our own pastries and specialize in Apple Struddle. I have since developed our own Vanilla Sugar to use in coffee and baking.
