Deep Tissue Massage (DTM) ia a form of bodywork that aims to reduce tension in the deeper layers of the body. DTM, is highly effective method for releasing chronic-on going stressed muscles, due to past lingering injuries, or repetitive motion in our everyday life. The Theraputic effects inclcude looseing of adhesions (knots), increase in range of motion, and overall improvemnet in circulation and blood flow to stagnant tissue and muscles.
Massage Cupping-ia a modified version of the common practice of cupping therapy used in trational chinese medicine. Through suction and negative pressure, cupping has been found to affect the body up to four inches into the tissue, which is used to treat muscle pain and spasms,drain excess fluid and toxins that have build up in the muscles.
