- We at UPA provide adults, children and musicians (amateur & pro) with high quality instruction, direction and activity in performing & fine arts. Our programs develop student's achievement artistically and educationally, along with social goals. We are pleased to be able to also support instruction to a limited amount of students experiencing financial challenges. The great success in building long-term partnerships with communities, churches, and schools has greatly enhanced the performing & fine arts where expertise, time and resources may have been needed. To ensure high quality instruction, our staff of exceptionally qualified teaching artist, remains active in the professional performance arena. Student excellence is being experienced through the parents, academic teachers & teaching artist collaboration, as the performing & fine arts embrace and reinforce learning and development in all areas. We are proud to be the helping hand to schools empowering performing & fine arts as a core subject involving all members of the community.
