Organize Participants identify the most efficient way to arrange the 4 M’s (manpower, methods, materials, and machines) to create an efficient, zero defect, high value delivery operation to best meet the needs of their customers. Activate Participants learn to adapt and apply all components of the Strategy Deployment process, in the way that works best for their organization. Recalibrate Participants learn how to monitor results, implement appropriate counter measures to overcome performance gaps, and how to hold the gains by sustaining a continuous improvement culture within their Lean Operating System, including refinement of standard operating procedures.
