My name is Cliff Whittlesey and I have been operating my own carpet cleaning business since the year 2000. I have and use the proper pretreatments for urine stains, tea and coffee stains, soil and grease, rust stains, and red food dye stains. To steam clean I use a heavy duty truck mount system that produces 230 degree F water. The steps I go through on every job I do include proper pretreating, more than adequate cleaning time averaging 30 minutes per room, and finally proper extraction of excess water leaving the carpet clean and not sticky or wet. I will move furniture without additional charge.
My services include carpet steam cleaning, urine stain/odor removal, red food dye removal, upholstery cleaning, restretching of loose carpet, carpet repairs, and whole house ozination for the elimination of problem odors. I keep a power stretcher, knee kicker, carpet seamer, and other essential carpet tools with me.
I have lived and worked my business in the Lake Norman area since 2000 but have recently moved to Lenoir, NC. I have many repeat customers in the Lake Norman area including many realtors, and I will continue to service my customers no matter where they are. I only do high quality work but I am very fair in what I charge. References will be provided upon request.
