    --Bagged pre-cut lettuce was reduced for quick sale within isle located in shopping cart was at 59 degrees F, rather than 41 degrees F or below as required. Twelve (12) bags of lettuce were disposed of by PIC. Owner stated in the future, they will display reduced items in a refrigerator.
  • Materials for Surfaces that are Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (46.522)
    --One (1) oven door handle was covered with duct tape, which is not smooth and easily cleanable. Employee removed.
  • Food Temperature Measuring Devices Calibrated (46.691(b))
    --Deli stem type thermometer was not calibrated. Adjusted during inspection.
  • Backflow Prevention Device when Required, Backflow Prevention Device on Carbonator (46.823(d)(e))
    --Meat room faucet with hose attached does not have a backflow prevention device.
