    --Ice machine hopper, a food contact surface, was observed to have black slime residue and was not clean to sight and touch. COS by turning unit off and cleaning and sanitizing during the inspection.
  • Chemical Sanitization for Mechanical or Manual Warewashing Equipment (46.674(d))
    --Chlorine chemical sanitizer residual detected in the final sanitizer rinse cycle of the low temperature sanitizing dishwasher was 0 ppm, and not 50-100 ppm as required. Facility will use the 3 bowl sink to wash, rinse and sanitize all items until the dishwasher is repaired.
