  • Repair & Cleaning Various Premises, Structures, Attachments & Fixtures (46.981(a)-(c)(g)(n))
    --Leak observed in window well in the upstairs kitchen. It is understood that the leak is due to a flashing problem where the flat roof meats the vertical wall. It was reported that the issue was discussed by members of the board and is pending repair. Provide an update to dcaprio@chesco.org.
