    --Build up of congealed grease and carbon on hood canopy interior, framework, ansul piping. Clean as needed.
  • Lighting Intensity (46.943)
    --Same issue with only one florescent light bulb working in fixture above kitchen prep area. Discussed need to upgrade the lighting with a fixture that keeps the bulb s from not working.
  • Repair & Cleaning Various Premises, Structures, Attachments & Fixtures (46.981(a)-(c)(g)(n))
    --Flaking paint around ceiling vent above kitchen prep area still needs removed.
