    --Thirty-eight assorted pouch packages of Gerber Drinks, with expired use-by dates were pulled from display. One box of Good Earth cereal with expired date, was pulled from retail display.

    --Observed BOXED CRACKERS displayed directly on the floor in retail area, rather than 6 inches off of the floor as required.
  • Labeling (46.422)
    --All American Subs (in retail display at deli) are not correctly labeled with ALL ingredients. Cobb salads are labeled with bruschetta which is not actually in salads. MANAGER CORRECTED LABELS DURING INSPECTION.
  • Equipment in Good Repair & Proper Adjustment (46.671)
    --Badly peeling paint observed on front of ice machine in seafood room.
  • Objective of Cleaning Grease & Soil Accumulations & Nonfood Contact Surfaces (46.711(b)(c))
    --Soil buildup observed on edge of bakery walk-in cooler door and on diamond-kickplate of ice cream walk-in freezer.
