    --An unlabeled spray bottle was observed in the back produce area. The contents was identified as water and the bottle was labeled during this inspection.
  • Food Shall Be Safe, Unadulterated & Honestly Presented (46.201)
    --Observed two containers of Enfamil Premium Newborn formula with an expiration date of July 1, 2014 on the retail floor. The containers were removed from sale during this inspection.
  • Food Storage Requirements & Prohibited Areas (46.321)
    --Observed cardboard boxes of bakery items stored directly on the floor in the bakery walk-in freezer area, rather than 6 inches off of the floor as required.
  • Food Display Protected (46.341)
    --Condensation was dripping onto exposed produce in retail showcase.
  • Handwashing Facility - Handwash Cleanser, Hand Drying, Signage, Handwash Aids or Devices Use Restriction (46.941(b)-(e))
    --No sign or poster posted at the hand wash sink in the men's employee rest room area to remind food employees to wash their hands. A sign was posted during this inspection.
