--An time of inspection, staff reported food contact equipment is returned back to their home kitchen for washing. THIS IS PROHIBITED. All food contact equipment must be properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized at the 3-bay sink on the unit. Ensure 3-bay sink is supplied with detergent, sanitizer, and test strips.
