--Found containers of pork, (bacon, sausage patties, & ham), & egg bath for french toast were held at 55-68°F, in the prep area in containers with just ice on the bottom, rather than 41°F or below as required. Use these food items up by 11:00 am, 4 hour left overs are to be thrown out. Note: Cold PHF must be held at 41F degree or less, three sided ice bath, not ice on the bottom only, as observed. COS

--Loose or broken door gasket observed on double door prep refrigerator. Correct by 1/3/2014.
- Objective of Cleaning Grease & Soil Accumulations & Nonfood Contact Surfaces (46.711(b)(c))
--Observed walk-in cooler fan guard equipment, with an accumulation of dust, dirt, debris on non-food contact surfaces. 5 days to correct.
