    --One half gallon of Galikers brand Chocolate-flavored milk in the retail display cooler and code marked, 'Sell by June 20". It was removed from sale.
  • Labeling (46.422)
    --Store-made subs labeled only with identity of the type of sub (e.g.: Italian, turkey, etc.). Described 'short label' requirements to the Manager.
  • Frequency of Cleaning Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (46.714)
    --Back of the evaporator within the walk-in cooler has some accumulation of dust. One (1) of the evaporators is about 1/3-covered in frost. One (1) fan is not working on this unit. A refrigeration line, off of the compressor (underneath) the reach-in freezer, is frost covered (should be insulated line). This unit is near the ice machine in the back stock area.
  • Handwashing Facility Installation (46.822(b))
    --Handwash sink not readily available, as a worker was washing a pizza pan in the sink.
