    --Condensation is dripping from overhead freezer unit in three door freezer onto food stored below.
  • Cooling Methods & Food Containers Used/Arranged (46.384(c)(d))
    --Soup and gravy were placed within refrigerator in crock pots with tight fitting lids to cool, which is not a proper cooling method. Foods need removed from crock pots, and placed in shallow pans to cool.
  • 3 C.S, 6501-6510 (FEC)
    --FEC for owner Ben Crawford expired 12/13/13. According to PIC, Owner has scheduled to take exam next week for FEC certificate.
