--Observed black residue buildup inside of the ice machine on the food contact surfaces--rubber tubing and white plastic components. Ice was discarded and the unit was disassembled, cleaned, and sanitized during the inspection.

--Observed single-service, single-use articles stored in the back stock area directly on the floor and not 6 inches above the floor as required. Correct today.
