    --Build up of slime and sludge material on and in the floor sink opening beneath the drive thru soda unit. Clean as needed.
  • Plumbing Facilities in Good Repair, Cross Connection Prohibited, Scheduled Inspections, Cleaning Water Reservoirs (46.825(b)-(e))
    --Water leak on water softener piping, water collecting on floor below. A catch pail was placed under the leak until repairs are made, serviceman on-site at time of inspection.
