--All three bays of the three bay sink must be kept clean and clear for use. The wash bay is currently blocked with a drying rack and other items. Clear this out so the sink can be properly set up and used to wash, rinse, and sanitize. Correct and maintain.

--Top lids and side doors must be maintained shut at all times for both dumpsters. Currently the side doors of the trash dumpster are open. Close them and maintain keeping them close protect against entrance of insects, rodents, and birds.

--Clean the floor in the walk in freezer. Debris is accumulating.
Certified Food Manager (CFM)
--Food facility operator failed to post an original, valid CCHD or Serv Safe Certified Food Manager in a location conspicuous to the consumer. Please hang a valid certificate for a full time employee. A course list can be sent out if needed.
