    --Observed deeply scored cutting boards not resurfaced or discarded as required. This pertains to the two cutting boards on the True prep coolers. The right unit's board can be flipped to a new side, but the left board is deeply scored on both sides. Repair/replace to correct.

    --Observed grease buildup in the ventilation hood baffled filters.
