    --Observed wet wiping cloths not being stored in sanitizer solution between uses. Corrected on-site.

    --It was reported that the exhaust hood cleaning company is to provide service tonight. Furthermore, it was reported that the fan for the exhaust hood had previously leaked (due to rain), but has since been replaced. To the right of the exhaust hood, the edges of the ceiling panels and piping needs cleaning (possibly due to the reported leaking fan). Have the exhaust hood company evaluate the performance of the exhaust hood to see if operation is still contributing the problem and clean the affected areas.
