    --No sign or poster posted at the hand wash sink in the men's restroom to remind food employees to wash their hands. Post a sign at this sink.

    --The floor in the walk-in cooler requires cleaning to remove milk which leaked from a container. Clean the floor and maintain it in a clean condition.
