    --Observed staff handling dirty dishes then clean dishes without washing hands. Staff must wash hands between handling dirty dishes and clean dishes. Staff was educated about this.

    --Observed interior of the microwave with accumulation old food crusts. Clean the microwave and keep it clean at all times.
  • Maintaining & Using a Handwashing Facility (46.825(a) & 46.981(h))
    --The handwash sink in the dish washing area was blocked by cardboard boxes and not accessible at all times for employee use. Staff moved the boxes away from the hand sink.
  • Repair & Cleaning Various Premises, Structures, Attachments & Fixtures (46.981(a)-(c)(g)(n))
    --Observed old food debris under the in the cook line. Clean this area today and keep it clean at all times.
