--Food facility hot water heater is not producing enough hot water to supply hand wash sinks at the time of this inspection. Sink temps are now 102, 112, 104F. The most senior representative shall record temperature checks, hourly, during operating hours at both sinks for one week. Please include date, time, sink location, temperature and initials. Fax records to Harrisburg at 717.346.3229., for my review, for compliance.
- Handwashing Facility Installation (46.822(b))
--Upon arrival into kitchen, hot water was unavailable at both hand-wash sinks and triple sink. Temperatures were not at least 100°F. Hot water restored to all sinks by 0906 hrs.

--Water reduction aerator is drawing a low amount if water through the system and the two hand sinks. Discussed options with Maintenance.
