    --Three compartment sink/preparation sink air gap should be below the sink compartments. To prevent backflow from entering a food preparation area. Have the air gap lowered to below the sink. Correct within 7 days.
  • Cleanability of Floors, Walls, & Ceilings (46.921)
    --Ceiling panels near the front hood ventilation system are porous and discolored. Replace with new easily cleanable ceiling panels. New panels must be smooth, durable and easily cleanable. Correct within 30 days.
