    --Topping pump dispensers had dried product residue on the spouts. Clean and sanitize on a daily basis.
  • Controlling Pests, Removing Dead or Trapped Birds, Insects, Rodents and Pests (46.981(k)(l))
    --Rodent droppings were observed in the side storage area. Clean up all droppings and monitor for new activity. Points of entry have been sealed. Only use control methods that are approved for food facilities.
