    --Chicken eggrolls in deli case had an internal temperature of 44F, rather than 41°F or below as required. Cold fried chicken held in front deli case had internal temperatures in the 50'F. Voluntarily discarded.
  • Wiping Cloths Use Limitations (46.304)
    --Wet wiping cloth in deli department found stored on cutting board rather than in sanitizer as required.
  • Equipment in Good Repair & Proper Adjustment (46.671)
    --Water is leaking from condensor unit in meat room walk-in cooler. Refrigeration company called at time of inspection. Pooled water on floor needs to be removed.
  • Sanitizing Solution Testing Device Provided & Used (46.634 & 46.674(e))
    --Quat sanitizing solution being dispensed at all department 3 bay sinks measured in 90F's and above rather than 65F -75F as stated on manufacturer's use instructions.
