    --Noted inside of the microwaves w/ food debris present. Cleaned during the inspection.

    --Food facility has lost its certified food employee over 3 months ago and has not replaced the certified food employee as required. It was stated that an employee has been signed up and is waiting for the next Servsafe course due to the last one being cancelled on account of the weather.
