    --Front counter has de laminating top and sides making the surfaces not cleanable, Back splash and caulk at front counter are damaged making the surfaces not smooth and cleanable. Insulation on condensate drain line in walk in is damaged and not easily cleanable. Cove molding at floor and wall junctures in all of the ware washing room is damaged and loose from the wall. Stainless steel back splash in ware washing room does not have caulk and is not cleanable.

    --Food employee observed storing clean food equipment while wet, and not allowing time for draining and/or air-drying.
