    --Thermometers for ensuring proper temperatures of food are not available or readily accessible. Need probe thermometer 0-220F. Calibrate in ice water at 32F.
  • Location & Placement of Handwashing Facilities (46.824(a) & 46.961)
    --Handwash sink is located beside prep table where employee are prepping potatoes. Also observed large pot of potatoes stored under handwash sink. Add partition to prevent cross contamination from handwashing. Also, do not place pan of cooked potatoes under handwash sink.
