    --Food ingredient storage container, in the kitchen, is not labeled with the common name of the food. The container was labeled.

    --A styrofoam bowl is used as a scoop in the rice flour container. The bowl was removed from the container. Shall use a scoop with a handle to minimize hand contact with the product.

    --Current water test for coliform bacteria is not available. Fax a copy to the PA Dept. of Agriculture, Food Safety 570-836-6266 Attn: R. Kilanowski.

    --Customer self-service single-use tableware is not displayed in a manner so that only the handles are touched by customers.
