    --Dishwasher is not operating properly. To get the machine to start, you have to open the top and turn the inside white wheel. The unit is supposed to start when the doors are closed. Have the unit serviced to be operating properly. Ecolab is coming out later today. Unit does reach proper temperatures.
  • Plumbing Facilities in Good Repair, Cross Connection Prohibited, Scheduled Inspections, Cleaning Water Reservoirs (46.825(b)-(e))
    --Plumbing system not maintained in good repair - observed spray nozzle leaking at the three bay sink. To avoid the unnecessary loss of water and the creation of an unsanitary condition, replace the sprayer.
  • Objective of Cleaning Grease & Soil Accumulations & Nonfood Contact Surfaces (46.711(b)(c))
    --The following areas need to be cleaned, sanitized, and maintained clean. 1. Just inside the ice machine, clean the outside of the ice chute. 2. Back of the fryers, grease. 3. Sides of the flat top grill, grease. 4. Front of the char grill. Lots of burned debris is accumulating. 5. Inside the hood, grease.

    --Hot water in the kitchen only measured 101F. The plumber was recently in working on the water softener and possibly adjusted the hot water temperature down. Re-adjust the water temperature so it reaches 120F at the three bay sink.
