    --Three-tiered salad and sandwich display unit is not holding potentially hazardous foods below 41 deg. F. Food in this unit varied from 41 to 45 deg. F. depending on the location within the unit. Owner turned the thermostat to a colder setting, and discussed possible ways to maximize the cooling potential of this new unit.
  • Light Bulb Protective Shielding (46.922(a))
    --Noted previously, 'light bulbs within the walk-in cooler are not shielded'. Owner stated it would be corrected within a week.
  • Surface Characteristics of Indoor Areas of Food Facilities (46.901)
    --A portion of the counter subject to splash from food prep is not finished. Owner stated this new construction will be finished within the next few weeks.
