    --Chlorine chemical sanitizer residual detected in the final sanitizer rinse cycle of the low temperature sanitizing dishwasher was 0 ppm, and not 50-100 ppm as required. Facility received a new ware washer for the kitchen. The new ware washer is high temp rinse and temperature was noted at 160 degrees F during this inspection.
