    --Observed salad food stored on the counter area adjacent to the handwashing sink, where it is subject to splash from the handwashing sink. Install a barrier / medium to the right of the handwashing sink roughly 8-10 " high in order to eliminate splash trajectory.
  • Design & Functionality of Temperature Measuring Devices (46.590)
    --Interior temperature measuring device for ensuring proper temperature of equipment is not available or readily accessible in the following equipment: 1-True single door - storage area 2-Pepsi single door - storage area
  • Frequency of Cleaning Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (46.714)
    --Non-food contact surfaces not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of dust, debris, crumb, or splash. Clean and sanitize the following

    --The handwash sink in the food prep area was blocked by a crouton bin placed in the sink and not accessible at all times for employee use. Staff relocated crouton bin and will ensure the bin is no longer placed within the handwashing sink.
