    --As noted previously, no cold water delivered to the three bowl sink in the basement kitchen. It appears this kitchen is seldom used.
  • Disposal of Sewage and Non-sewage Liquid Waste (46.863)
    --See the comment below. This matter is critical. It must be addressed as such, and future failures of the system would necessitate the closure of this facility.
  • Controlling Pests, Removing Dead or Trapped Birds, Insects, Rodents and Pests (46.981(k)(l))
    --Small (one inch) open pipe in the floor of the basement (appears to be to the drain). There are several drain or fruit flies congregated about this drain. Recommend doses of diluted Clorox, and a plug be placed in this open pipe.
