    --Raw eggs were stored above ready to eat foods (salads) in one of the reach-in refrigerators. Corrected.
  • Objective of Cleaning Food Contact Surfaces & Utensils (46.711(a))
    --One of the soda guns at the bar, a food contact surface, was observed to have residue and was not clean to sight and touch. Corrected.
  • Objective of Cleaning Grease & Soil Accumulations & Nonfood Contact Surfaces (46.711(b)(c))
    --The area around the butcher block table (sauce prep area) has a significant amount of dried food debris and other dirt. This area needs to be thoroughly cleaned.
  • Outer Openings Protected, Exterior Walls & Roofs Protective Barrier (46.922(e)(f))
    --Windows in the dishwash/prep area are open and screened, but the screens are damaged and do not protect against the entry of insects.
  • Controlling Pests, Removing Dead or Trapped Birds, Insects, Rodents and Pests (46.981(k)(l))
    --Food facility inspection indicates evidence of rodent activity in several areas. Facility may need to increase the frequency of their pest control service. Also, these areas need to be cleaned on a regular basis to help monitor the activity.
