--Facility is not following monitoring procedures as outlined in the HACCP plan that they wrote as chart of when products are packaged was not filled out at time of inspection. Facility must be following their HACCP plan. Facility is using labels that have a portion of the date pre-printed and is altering that date- 2013 is scratched out to write in 2014. Dates need to be clearly printed on the label.
