    --Two multi-use working containers of mayonnaise and miracle whip, in the food prep area, were held at room temperature rather than 41*F or below as required. Product internal temperatures were 67*F. Owner discarded both containers of products during the inspection.
  • Cutting Surfaces Maintained (46.672)
    --Observed a deeply scored cutting board, located in front of the meat display case, that must be resurfaced or discarded as required.
  • Frequency of Cleaning Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (46.714)
    --Several ceiling tiles in the meat cutting room have food residue / stains (more than likely meat juices), and need to be cleaned.
