    --"Hot wing" sauce pails that were microwaved in the past, have melted, rough textured food contact surface, no longer easily cleanable. I counted at least 6 that need replaced.
  • Storing Clean Items (46.774)
    --Observed single-service, single-use articles stored in small stock room / old office area directly on the floor, and not 6 inches above the floor. Also, keep all to go containers in sealed/closed bags/boxes in storage area.
  • Light Bulb Protective Shielding (46.922(a))
    --Eight end caps missing from the four florescent light tube shields. The two tube shields by oven area need replaced, both are cracked/broken, the two by sink area need cleaned, dust build up.
